Garagista, a small Cape Town craft brewery, needed to stand out in a crowded craft-beer market where many brands lean into the same “hipster cool” aesthetic, making it hard to differentiate and connect with broader drinkers.
solution
We helped position Garagista with a bold, humorous campaign that leaned into cultural insight — playfully poking fun at hipster stereotypes to spotlight Garagista’s authenticity and “no bullshit” attitude. Through print, posters, and video, the work flipped the craft beer trope on its head, giving the brand a clear, distinctive voice and engaging both mainstream drinkers and craft beer fans alike.
